Decisions are tested against one question: does this help someone finish a real inspection faster and more accurately?
Small, senior, direct
People own their area end to end, from the database migration to the copy on the screen. Less process, more judgement.
Respect the paperwork
Certificates carry legal weight. We treat accuracy, traceability and clear wording as product features, not chores.
Learn the trade
You do not need to be an electrician, but you will need to understand BS 5839, EICRs and CP12 well enough to challenge a design.
